Fonts are cut off in printout due to font selected.
Cause:
Windows 95 sets the character font size before sending the output to laser printers. Windows 95 prints TrueType fonts as bitmaps with the earlier laser printers.
Solution:
Click the 'Start' button, select 'Settings', and select 'Printers'. Right-click the laser printer icon and select Properties'. Click the 'Font' tab and select the 'Download TrueType fonts as bitmap soft fonts' radio button, or select the 'Print TrueType fonts as graphics' radio button.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)
3) Right-click on the appropriate laser printer icon to display the pop-up menu.
4) Select 'Properties'. (The '<printer> Properties' dialog box appears, where <printer> is the name of the selected printer.)
5) Click the 'Fonts' tab.
6) Select the 'Download TrueType fonts as bitmap soft fonts' radio button.

NOTE: Depending on the type of laser printer you have, the option names may be different. Refer to the owner's manual for the proper procedure.
7) Click 'OK' to close the '<printer> Properties' dialog box (where <printer> is the name of the selected printer).
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Printers' window.
